Guar seed flour is a thickener and additive carrier, made by grinding guar seeds.
It is used in a variety of products, such as canned meats, candies, fruit drinks, frostings, smoothies, confections, ice cream, chewing gum, packaged desserts, and sauces.
Guar flour can cause, in excessive doses, allergies, nausea, meteorism, abdominal cramps, eczema, poor assimilation of minerals and vitamins.
